"Poor service"

Calls in and out of the Practice are recorded. Our GP’s have been seeing patients face to face throughout the pandemic, if your problem can be discussed over the phone this is how the initial appointment is conducted if you have to be seen the GP will invite you in as this GP did.

The GP asked you to have some tests done and then to book a face to face appointment. On the 4th February, a member of the reception team called you to book you in with the GP, you told the receptionist that you had not been able to book in for the tests for a further 2 weeks and you were asked to call back when you had done the tests. You called the practice on the 18th after you had the tests and were offered the 25th February this was within 1 week, but you choose not to book this and settled on the 1st March a time to attend and you live close to the practice.

On the day of the appointment you called 6 minutes before your appointment time and said you were running 15 minutes late because of traffic, you actually arrived 30 minutes late for your appointment and were unable to be seen, you were asked to re book. You have an appointment for the end of the week; I do hope that you will take into consideration any delays you may encounter so you do not miss another appointment.
