The Eatwell project has been a valuable addition to our curriculum at Prostart for the Foundation Learning Programme. Many of our young people are unaware of the content of their food intake and the damage some of it can cause. The programme has also shown them some basic cooking techniques and alternatives to more fatty and sugar based food.
