"X rays results not back"

About: New Victoria Hospital / X-rays and scans

(as a service user),

I had x rays done on both my knees at the Victoria Hospital in Glasgow in mid November and still haven't had the results sent to my GP.  Meanwhile I'm sitting here in agony and virtually housebound and I can't get nothing done about it as no x-ray results back. I have been waiting for over 3 and a half months.
