About: Let's Talk Well Being Nottingham and Nottinghamshire

(as a service user),

Exactly my thoughts.  The first contact by person as counsellor/professional was cold and uncaring.  The whole process felt like ticking boxes with no compassion or personal subjectivity. I think it needs a total shake up and should be run by those who have been through a mental illness rather than a text book.
