"Rude and dismissive staff member"

Went to a&e feeling very unwell and was triaged by a staff member who I found very rude. Seemingly I wasn’t the only person to have a bad experience with them as another patient wanted to complain too. Made me feel very uncomfortable and almost feel bad about coming and would put me off coming again.
