"Polite receptionist"

About: The Lawson Practice

(as a staff member),

I called this morning to book an appointment for my daughter and the receptionist was soft spoken and politely attended to me.

I also work in the NHS and other receptionists I’ve spoken to in the past have sometimes not attended to people in this way so I was very pleased.

Thank you so much, this is the kind of receptionists the NHS need to have.
