What I liked
Accepted a cancellation for a referral on Xmas Eve and due to the rarity of the condition, was quite poorly. The subsequent process of diagnosis, care, management and treatment has been excellent and administration (especially over a Xmas & New Year holiday period) good. The shared GP care is seamless. Extremely caring and personal environment where staff work together - and crucially - with you! With many visits there and to other hospitals since diagnosis - 'The Min' is the 'safe haven' I've had confidence in at a difficult time for me and my family.
What could be improved
BaNES council could dedicate more spaces in Sawclose Car Park behind the hospital to short-term spaces for appointments and disabled. Park & Ride is ideal though for more mobile.
