You can’t phone up for an appointment.

Online service is only available 08:00-12:00

You can’t even leave a message to talk about your condition unless you believe its urgent.

How on earth are patients meant to know all the relevant red flags for a condition they don’t I know if they have? They would need to be a doctor with the appropriate knowledge and experience themselves.

Such a shame that general practice is in such a mess.

Thank you for your comment; We are sorry that you feel that the service you have received was not satisfactory. We would like to learn more. We always welcome feedback to allow us to develop further and meet the needs of our patients. The practice has a complaints procedure in place to deal with any concerns about the practice. The practice is very happy to formally investigate your concerns and we would advise you to contact the Practice Manager.
