About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Urology

(as a service user),

Since having a prostatectomy carried out at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Glasgow I have been looked after by the Urology Department at Hairmyres Hospital which is headed up by Mr Sohail-Khan.

The level of service provided by this department is absolutely outstanding. Yes, as with so many NHS services, some of the consultations are carried out by telephone. However, everyone in this department treats their patients with a professional attention to detail which is highly reassuring.

I am just so grateful for having such a brilliant team of exceptional people looking after me. Thanks to the Hairmyres Urology Service, you are doing a brilliant job.

May I thank you for taking the time to share your extremely positive feedback on Care Opinion regarding your treatment from our Urology staff at University Hospital Hairmyres.
