What I liked

I came in,very worried, for knee replacement having had a PE 6 years previously. At every stage I was reassured as to what would been done to help prevent a recurrence. The best thing of all was the Knee Clinic prior to coming in. To be told exactly what would happen from the minute I came in until I went home by the proffessionals dealing with my operation and after care was excellent.

I was also impressed with the way the doctors discussed what medication I should go home with and deferred to the Haemotologist while keeping me informed at all times.

The lounge for waiting to go home was great also.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care I had, the way I was kept informed, at every stage,as to what was happening and the after care arranged for me to have at home.

Thank you for such dedicated staff in every sphere.
