"Prescription mix up"

Again another disappointing let down by the surgery.

My husband put a prescription request in at the surgery middle of Feb '22, he went to pick his medication up from the chemist 8 days later and was told that his prescription has not been sent down from the surgery. He was devastated because he has medication for his heart condition and needed it that day. I phoned the surgery up to ask why he hasn't received his medication, the receptionist looked at his records and realized that it hasn't been issued. They said that they will ask a doctor to prescribe his medication ASAP, that's ok but this mistake shouldn't have happened in the first place.

I also ordered my medication and when I was sorting them out when I picked them up from the chemist I noticed that one lot of my medication was missing. I went on the surgeries website and noticed that they had missed it out.

For goodness sake clover heeley green surgery get your act together because from our experience the service you provide is terrible.
