About: Moulsham Lodge Surgery

We're registered with this practice for almost two years. Every time I needed to speak with a doctor I had to wait hours on the phone, also I was always offered telephone appointments only. Apparently they can diagnose dermatological problems over the phone, as well as prescribe medications just by looking at a picture. I honestly feel like we don't have a GP. Currently looking for another surgery as I feel so let down.

Dear Patient

I am very sorry you are not happy with the access to the practice and our GPs. We had to put necessary restrictions during the covid pandemic but at no point did our clinicians stopped seeing patients face to face when clinically appropriate.

We do triage patients on the phone and offer number of on line consultations to ensure that the number of patients at any time in the practice stays within safe limits. Following an on line assessment, any patient deemed clinically appropriate is seen face to face by a clinician.
