"Fantastic, caring and organised practice"

About: Garston Medical Centre

Have been registered at Garston Medical Centre for a number of years. The receptionists are polite, knowledgable and caring (both on the telephone and face-to-face). The service I have received from the GPs has been first class - I find them very attentive and extremely good at listening. The practice seems to have particular focus on continuous service improvement and listens to their patients- for example, the telephony system was previous sometimes difficult to connect to switchboard - however recently the system has been upgraded where you are now held in a queuing system, rather than get an engaged tone.

Hi Martin,

Thank you for your wonderful comments. They have been shared with the whole team. We had been investigating a new telephone system for a while - in response to feedback and after looking at a number of companies chose our current provider. Staff and patients have found the queuing system an improvement.

As a Practice we are dedicated to provide continuing care in a safe, sustainable way, protecting our most vulnerable patients. Thank you again for your support.
