Have been registered at Garston Medical Centre for a number of years. The receptionists are polite, knowledgable and caring (both on the telephone and face-to-face). The service I have received from the GPs has been first class - I find them very attentive and extremely good at listening. The practice seems to have particular focus on continuous service improvement and listens to their patients- for example, the telephony system was previous sometimes difficult to connect to switchboard - however recently the system has been upgraded where you are now held in a queuing system, rather than get an engaged tone.
