"Social Prescribing Service"

(as a service user),

I was scheduled an appointment, to which they left me waiting in all day with no notification of a change of time or reason for not keeping the appointment. To add insult to injury they then ignored to emails asking for an explanation. What a dreadful way for a social service to conduct themselves.

Hi Mandy

The situation has been rectified thank you and an apology received to address my concerns from the missed appointment, to, a satisfactory conclusion.

Many thanks for your apologies also and offer of assistance. I am having many disputes with my landlord which I could do with some advice on.

They are not providing the services we the residents are paying for and my rent account is being mishandled to misappropriate funds from me through my benefit.
