"This ward has helped me so much"

About: Knowsley Resource & Recovery Centre / Ward T2 (Grasmere Ward)

(as a service user),

I was admitted in October 2021 from another ward. I have had my worst days on this ward. I have EUPD and was waiting for rehab which has took 6 months to arrange, been suicidal and in crisis. The staff have dealt with me at my worst, things are run proper from management who are very firm but do care. Some HCA's need more knowledge and understanding in my opinion. The biggest help was from the peer support worker. This ward has helped me so much, thank you Grasmere
