"Professionally delivered care"

About: Burnley General Hospital / General surgery

(as a service user),

I attended the Elective Care centre at Burnley General hospital for a procedure following a fall at Christmas. The care from the onset was professionally delivered, the the team on the EC unit who looked after me for the morning, Juliet, Lucy +Phil, were caring+ attentive and I felt safe with them. I was transferred to Theatres for a procedure which I was awake for and I was expertly care for by Donna, Maria and Justine. A huge thank you to everyone for looking after me so well, but an extra special thank you to Justine for holding my hand throughout my time in Theatres, your simply act of kindness was greatly appreciated.
