"Shambolic"

Surgery sent a text message telling me not to forget my 'appointment with a doctor' which I had not made! Rearranging my timetable, I duly turned up to find it should have been a telephone call and it was changed to face to face (only sensible action?). Turned out to be a meeting with a young nurse following something I reported as requested on a prescription slip. What a waste of time it turned out to be - a negative effect on my mental health and confirmation of the reason for my lack of confidence in NHS employees.
