What I liked
I attend various clinics and have been an in patient here. I cannot fault the medical staff at all and have always received very good treatment.
What could be improved
Communication. If the clinic's running over by 2 hours let the patients know, don't just leave them sitting there wondering if they've been forgotten.
Unfortunately, I feel the administrative side of things lets them down somewhat. I often have to chase appointments, this month I was sent two separate appointments for the same thing and was also left sitting all morning in a clinic because I'd 'been forgotten'! No apologies received for these mishaps either.
