"Lack of efficiency"

About: Medway Community Healthcare / Medway on Call Care (MedOCC) Medway Maritime Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

If the rest of the hospital runs as slowly as my experience of MEDOC, the waiting list must be about 20 years! 

At least 30 minute gap between 1 patient leaving before next one called in.  Every time I have been here it shows 4 hour waiting time . This area needs to be audited by time and motion team.  Don't know how many medical staff are supposed to be seeing patients, 4 rooms lit up as being in use, but no patients being called, for over an hour. 

Management need to look at efficiency of this department .
