"Very rude nurse practitioners "

I have used this GP surgery all of my life and all of the doctors have been very attentive and efficient. The reception staff are also mostly kind and efficient.

I however called the surgery this month and spoke to an incredibly rude nurse practitioner who would not listen to anything I was saying, cut me off, and kept telling me that there is nothing wrong with me and have been prescribed unnecessary antibiotics in the past. The nurse practitioner was also annoyed that my urine sample could not be tested as I was menstruating.
