About: Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT) / Coleraine CMHT

(as a service user),

I can say that I benefited greatly from my CBT sessions with Marie, who was extremely caring and thoughtful when dealing with me. I was very hesitant to begin with but as time went on I looked forward to my sessions and can I have come out at the end in a much better place than when I began. All aspects of the course helped me in varying ways and I still use the techniques today as and when I need to. So, I can only say to finish that I cannot have asked for better from the course and I would highly recommend your services to anyone else.
