A few weeks back I left a review on here regarding waiting times for my 6year old to see a sleep specialist. Within a day I had a response from the dpt manager for paediatrics. Karen was exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile when I asked another question regarding a different issue. I didn’t feel like a nuisance and felt she was genuinely happy to be of assistance and done everything to help with our appointment. We have now seen the sleep specialist, Ann Marie, who was absolutely fantastic and really helped boost my confidence with everything I’ve done so far to support my son. She has a lovely caring nature and ensured I knew how to reach her if I needed further support. I am so grateful to both these ladies, they, like all staff are a credit to the NHS.

It is great to hear that the team have managed to help your little boy get the support and follow-up that he needs and also given you the reassurance you needed as a worried Mum. I hope that he will soon be on the road to recovery.
