(as a service user),

I came into south Tyrone hospital, Loane house ward 1 to rehabilitate and found the nursing staff, the physios along with Margaret and David physio assistance and doctors care to be exceptional.

 I am now ready for home and looking forward to getting out and about again. A special word of thanks to Esther who brings me my breakfast every morning with a smile and some chat and all the domestic staff.  A special mention to Mary the companion who also made my stay a lot more comfortable, stopping for chats occasionally. I am very thankful to everyone who helped my pleasant stay including the patients friends I made.

First of all can I thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Feedback from our patients and families are very important to us, it helps us implement any changes if needed but also very importantly its great for our teams to hear the positive impact that they made with you.

It is really lovely to hear back from you that you found your care exceptional. I will pass these words of thanks and your comments back to our multi-disciplinary team and I will make sure Margaret, David, Mary and Ester are aware that they made your time in hospital a pleasant one.

Its really lovely that you were also able to enjoy the company of the other patients, spending time in hospital can be long, I am delighted that you found it pleasant.

Wishing you a speedy recovery and hope you get home very soon.
