Anything else?
My mum was admitted to ward 21 recently, following a fall at her care home. She died, some 3 weeks later, but her care in the ward was exemplary. During the whole time, she was treated with utmost respect and courtesy, the ward was spotless and all the staff did their very best to get mum better, and then to allow her to die with dignity. I was very impressed with all of this, and also the communication from doctors and nurses to the relatives could not have been better. Everyone was so kind and helpful and we were very grateful that mum spent her last days in such a caring and committed ward.
"Lovely care in Ward 21"
