"Continence product service"

My husband has Vascular Parkinsons Disease this together with prostate issues has resulted in problems with urinary incontinence particularly at night 

After more than a year trying to get some help with this  I got  in touch with Gillian, she really listened and understood the problem and very quickly set resolutions in motion.

We were then seen by Rachel who visited us at home. She took an extensive history and was clearly sympathetic to our situation. She was very knowledgable and was able to suggest a solution to our months of sleepless nights.

Rachel was able to suggest a product which she thought might help. She ordered it that day and it arrived within a few days I called Rachel and she came to our home to demonstrate the use of the product and endure we were both confident snd happy to use it.

Unfortunately the product was not successful,I called Rachel and she attended the next day.She has suggested another product which she explained thoroughly to us When this arrives the will come back and show us how to use it 

Throughout the process we have been treated respectfully and sympathetically Everything has been explained well Rachel is very professional whilst being warm supportive and kind. I would have to rate the service we have received as excellent  and feel very grateful for Rachels help and support.
