About: Trinity & Bowthorpe Medical Practice

Ordered my prescription online received confirmation email. Went to collect from chemist. Only to discover nothing ready asked to returned in a couple of days. I returned still nothing. Went to the surgery only to find out im on a 6 monthly review & prescription on hold. I'd received no communication of this at all. So no anti-depressants for 7 days. Now Going through major relapse & withdrawal. After I confronted the surgery being asked to wait & return to collect later. Trust is zero!.
