The appointment was almost on time.  From entering the gynaecology appointment I was looked after.  I needed to try to relax, the waiting room had a radio and water facilities which helped.  The receptionist informed me of where the toilet was.  Mr Flood and his colleagues Jan and Marie were very welcoming and supportive throughout my appointment.  I was very nervous and they tried hard to occupy me throughout the treatment.  I was introduced to everyone in the room at the beginning of the appointment.  They were very understanding.

It was lovely to hear the team were able to put you at ease, making you feel more reassured and relaxed during the procedure.
