After filling in the online form as requested I was told see a doctor. I spoke to the receptionist who was good took all my details and said the duty GP would call me back. 5 days later still no call at a loss to know what to do next. After 17 years with this practise I am for the first time thinking of changing. The appointment system is a total mess. I want to cut them some slack due to covid and the loss of two excellent doctors to retirement but someone needs to get a grip before the reputation of a previously excellent practise is damaged.
