"Still waiting for call "

About: Torrington Park Group Practice

After filling in the online form as requested I was told see a doctor. I spoke to the receptionist who was good took all my details and said the duty GP would call me back. 5 days later still no call at a loss to know what to do next. After 17 years with this practise I am for the first time thinking of changing. The appointment system is a total mess. I want to cut them some slack due to covid and the loss of two excellent doctors to retirement but someone needs to get a grip before the reputation of a previously excellent practise is damaged.

Dear Gerry

I'm terrible sorry you have had such a terrible experience. I would like to investigate this further to see what happened and would be grateful if you could please either call the practice or send an email for the attent of the Practice Manage so we can try to resolve this.
