"Wonderful service and excellent care"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Urology (Ward 28)

(as the patient),

I have been attending the urology clinic at the Royal Alexander hospital Paisley for a while now, I was really anxious and nervous as I didn’t know what to expect at first.   I am blind and disabled to make matters worse.

There was no need to be worried. I was seen by a wonderful nurse, Marjory, who was absolutely fantastic. She was so kind to me  and nothing was a bother. She explained everything to me so I knew what was happening

I can’t thank her enough for all the kindness and patience she has shown me since I have been attending my appointments.  She is one in a million and I can’t thank her enough for making my appointments less worrying.

Dear Bubbly12,

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such lovely comments.

Margary is indeed an asset to the Urology department and is delighted to hear how reassured and informed you felt. I'm very glad she has helped to make your appointments less worrying and will continue to do so.

Thank you again for your kind words.

Heather
