(as a service user),

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Esther the midwife in the antenatal ward (FAU) in Altnagelvin. I was seen last night to check baby etc and she was amazing. First time mammy after numerous fertility treatments, procedures and 2 miscarriages… lots of anxiety and she made me feel so at ease and reassured. It makes such a difference to feel like your being listened to, extremely grateful to have had her look after me
