"York Endoscopy Unit"

I would like to thank the Endoscopy unit for making me so at ease with the tests I was about to have. I really did not know what to expect, from the moment I arrived I started to feel at ease as the staff were so lovely. Everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand.

I was treated by Mr Chinta and his team. He was brilliant, each stage of the procedure (Endoscopy and Colonoscopy) was explained to me in detail. I could even watch the procedure on the monitor (you don’t have to). I would like to say a big thankyou to Mr Chinta and also to Kate who was by my side the whole way through reassuring me and keeping me calm and relaxed. 

There is only one thing that I think needs to be changed and that is the taste of the throat spray, it isn’t very nice. I would suggest maybe a nice strawberry flavour would be better 😂.

Seriously though I am so very very grateful to Mr Chinta, Kate and the team for their help and reassurance and kindness throughout.
