"Poor service experience"

About: NHS Shetland

(as the patient),

A community nurse, who refused to tell me their name, came along to my house today. Their job was to pick up a bladder diary from me. I've been very ill for some time now, waiting for an operation.  It felt like they very loudly ridiculed me, and were nasty with extremely negative tones. They said they had not been told to bring any pants or pads for me, though they knew I had none.

They were aware of my health and the fact that I had no one to help me, and that I was unable to drive or walk. When I told them that I had often been having to pee on my dressing gown, they just kept saying that it was nothing to do with them.   Most definitely one of the most 'un nurse like' nurses I've had to meet. They really upset me and I really am worried about others, especially older folk, that they visit.
