The staff at the QM Plastic Surgery unit acted in the highest professional manner allaying any fears I had for the planned removal of a rodent ulcer on my scalp. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing and I was made to feel at ease and that my own well being was important to all of the staff involved during my visit.
