"Excellent practice"

I have been a patient at the Barwick surgery for over 20 years and have nothing but praise for the quality of service I have always received. Doctors, nurses, receptionists and pharmacists - all are helpful, confidence-inspiring and thoroughly pleasant. Today, I was there at 8.30 to book an appointment, had the phone call at 10.45 and my prescription was ready for collection at 11.30. Can a GP surgery service get any better? I don't think so! The surgery has a terrific team and in these challenging times, they deserve our praise for their hard work. Certainly, they have mine.
