(as a service user),

Recently I had a removal of a toe nail at my local medical centre. I would just like to say how smooth the process was from start to finish. The staff (Dale, Wendy & Donna) were very professional and reassuring throughout the procedure making feel at ease. 

The conversation was entertaining, including Amsterdam trip and my salty foot spa. 

Again I wouldn't hesitate to have this procedure done again with this team.
