"Parking eye in your hospital "

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

(as a parent/guardian),

went to hospital with my step son and didn't have any change and I told the staff at the hospital and they said it would be ok. Next I get a letter from that parking eye company demanding money. The amount they ask for is ridiculous the amount is only £2 and they charge £40 £60 £100 £120 fine. Its an absolute joke and you shouldn't have to pay at all. You go to hospital for a reason not to park just for the sake of it! They want to sort the parking eye scam out due to the fact its people like them out for money. Parking eye wants to get their facts right and stop charging people money what they don't owe. They should have a telephone number to speak to someone in person not a recorded message type.

End of the day its a farce and seems to me a company out for a quick buck.
