I had my first cataract operation at the end of November 2021 and the second on January 31st 2022 at two different SpaMedica Clinics. - Sheffield and Newark.
In whatever capacity they worked, all staff members were friendly and helpful whilst remaining extremely professional. Despite being nervous, especially about the first operation, I was constantly reassured by staff. This meant that I approached the second operation feeling much more relaxed. I have mentionned this to various friends who may need eye surgery in the not too distant future.
The standards of cleanliness and hygiene were excellent.
Only one minor grouse - the toilet at Newark was out of order!
All in all a great experience.
