About: Borders General Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

My son recently attended the Emergency Department on a Friday night.

Considering how busy Friday nights are, he was checked in and triaged immediately.  We were seen by the medical staff in a timely manner and was discharged home in just over 3 hours.  We can’t thank the staff enough, they were all friendly and professional considering the pressures they are constantly under.  

Thank you for looking after my son so well.
