(as a service user),

I can’t thank Tara enough who organised a virtual visit today with my mum. Mum has had an operation at Craigavon Hospital. I am in Australia and so far away at this time had been difficult and worrying. My mind was put at ease today when I was able to see and hear my mums voice. Thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness in setting up this service.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your very personal experience of our Virtual Visiting Service in Southern Health and Social Services Trust. We are delighted to read what the service has meant to you - living so far away it must be so difficult and worrying that for you. It is great that the service allowed you to see and chat to your mum. I am sure that she was delighted to see you in Australia.

I have personally shared this with Tara our Virtual Visiting Scheduler and our Virtual Visiting Officers they are so pleased to receive this feedback.
