What I liked

My brother recently spent some time at Treliske, initially in Tincroft ward and then in the Intensive Therapy Unit.

The staff in ITU were excellent, a credit to the hospital!

What could be improved

Several female nurses from Tincroft ward showed a distinct lack of people skills, which is a nice way of saying they were outright rude to myself and more importantly my brother on several occasions!

Therefore I would like these minority members of staff to stop giving what is a vitally important ward a bad name, by treating all patients and visitors with the respect they themselves would expect!
