Spoke to the Doctor today, very polite,professional and showed empathy. Receptionists are very polite and efficient and willing to help. The last two years have been frustrating for all, but I think this practice has "weathered" things well. I have been with this surgery all my life, I'm now 58 and have no intention of changing.
