"fantastic service"

About: Stirling Care Village / Minor injuries unit

(as the patient),

Called nhs 111 as I had injured myself they were lovely, took all my details and passed them on to Stirling small injuries dept.  I received a call to book me in where I saw Jen the physio who assessed my ankle and sent me for an x-ray.  Thankfully nothing was broken.  Jen gave me some advice and exercises to do with a leaflet to take home.  The system worked well as I was in and out in an hour.  Fantastic service Thank you to all involved.

Dear krn373

Thank you very much for taking the time to post this feedback. I am sorry to hear you suffered an ankle injury but I hope you are on the mend now.

I am delighted to hear you had such a positive experience in our minor injury unit and I will ensure this feedback is passed on to Jen and the team. It is very much appreciated.

Thank you again and take care.
