"Pregnancy and post natal experience"

About: Borders General Hospital

(as a service user),

The care received throughout the whole pregnancy, birth and post natal has been amazing with NHS borders.

Midwife appointments went well with supportive staff.

Induction process was made comfortable and I was always felt taken care of and in good hands. It made me fully trust the midwives at the Borders General Hospital.

Delivery went smoothly with a kind and calm midwife who again I felt I could fully trust. They were quick after birth to get a team in to help baby with his breathing and they didn't stress or make me and my partner worried. They took care of me well after too.

Post natal wars was calm with kind staff who were on the ball with pain relief if needed and always offered support. Couldn't have felt more taken care of!

Midwife visits at home were also helpful and made sure myself and baby were doing well.
