"Orthotics Service is awful - AVOID"

Have been discharged 3 times in the space of 3 years for cancelling an appointment I could not attend. Must be an admin issue or wires getting crossed. Awful - rude staff and off the shelf orthotics do nothing other than suggesting physio. Will not return to this department.
