About: The Willows Practice

(as the patient),

I was left for 6 hours without medication as a vulnerable adult who couldn't breath.  The nurse said at 11:30 that they would get it to me.  I was left for 6 hours and reception staff said they had forgotten. I didn't feel my complaint was taken seriously.  In my view they are a joke of a company.

In order to investigate this matter, can you please contact the practice to identify yourself. I have searched on the name given and we do not have anyone registered with that name.

I would like to assure you that I take this matter very seriously and would like to find out exactly what happened. Please contact us as soon as possible
