"I didn’t want to leave!"

About: Crozier House

(as a service user),

I wasn’t that happy coming because I didn’t know much about the place , but once I arrived I felt safe and at home. The staff were so good , looked after me so well. I’ve met some great friends that I’ll never forget them although I might not remember their names. I didn’t want to leave !

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us your feedback has been very helpful. It is good to see that once you arrived you settled in very well and that you benefited from your stay.

Your feed back has re-enforced the need for accessible timely and relevant information for all who are referred to our service. As a result, I will meet with the Team in Crozier and make an urgent plan to update the Patient Information leaflets for Crozier House. Your feedback will ensure that we include more detailed information about Crozier House and the the range of support, care and services delivered here we will also include information about the Care Team and the multi-disciplinary services who work alongside the Care Team to support the health, social care and general well being of all the residents.

kind regards, Tierna Armstrong
