"Waiting time for the sleep specialist"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Children's Ward

(as a service user),

Around 2 years ago my son was referred by his paediatrician to the sleep specialist. However all this time and a 2nd referral done and we’ve still not had an appointment. I understand covid has had a major impact on all appointments but when calling up to ask where about he may be on the waiting list absolutely nobody can point me in the right direction to speak to the relevant person. I feel extremely privileged that we have the NHS, however the waiting times are something else. Not that this is any fault of the staff.
