"Fabulous staff"

My mother recently had a stroke and had to attend the Treatment Centre for a gastroscopy and sigmoidoscopy. I am sure you can imagine how daunting this was for a lady who is 80 years of age and never been ill or needed to visit a hospital. The staff were fabulous and put her so at ease that she changed her original plan to have the sedation and went ahead without. Needless to say the examination was over quickly and she was able to leave the hospital within a short time of finishing the procedure.

Thank you to all the staff at the Treatment Centre, I saw first hand that you treated a very nervous lady with good grace and exemplary manners. The way you treated my mother was an example of why we need to care for all our fabulous NHS staff.
