My experience here has been really good. All the staff I encountered in different departments - a+e, medical assessments ward 2, xray + scans. Everyone was lovely, friendly and made me feel welcome and important. I was on holiday here for Christmas so I was homesick too so I really appreciated the warmth shown.

I know for a fact if I had this happen at home in England before I come I would not have received the same treatment and it could had ended quite differently for me. Here the staff worked so hard and were really thorough.

Sorry to hear you had to spend some time in hospital during your visit. Very unfortunate, however, we are truly thankful for your lovely feedback.

Causeway is a great place to work, and it is humbling to hear that this is reflected on how our staff treat and care for our patients. I will be delighted to share your feedback with our staff, they really do appreciate the support and encouraging words from their patients.

Thank you so much for your feedback about the medical wards in Causeway Hospital. Christmas is a difficult time to be in hospital anywhere, never mind so far from home. I am just glad that you feel that the staff made your stay that little bit more bearable. The ward staff will be delighted to hear that their efforts made such a difference. I hope you are continuing your recovery at home and once again thank you for your feedback.
