"I was discharged without having seen a doctor"

About: Ealing Hospital / Accident and emergency Ealing Hospital / Maternity

(as the patient),

I did not feel I was treated well whilst on the ward. I was admitted in early February after to going to A&E with bleeding during my pregnancy and a high temperature. On the general ward I was given paracetamol and anti-biotics, but no records were kept on when the medication was given to me. When the ward staff came round they even asked me when I had received the tablets.

On the following day I was discharged without having seen a doctor. Subsequently I lost my baby at 18 weeks.
